How it works

Welcome to ulaz.app. Here’s how to quickly find an event and get your ticket.

1. Find an event

On the home page, search by name, city or date and filter by category if you like (concert, theatre, sport…).

2. Choose your tickets

On the event page, choose the ticket type and quantity. If the event has several price periods, you’ll see the price currently in effect.

3. Order and pay

Confirm your order and your ticket with a QR code arrives in your profile straight away. Pay at the box office on arrival or, if the organiser allows it, by bank transfer. Once the organiser records the payment, the ticket is valid for entry.

4. Tickets at the box office

If you’d rather not order online, you can buy a printed ticket at the box office while they last.

5. Entering the event

• Arrive early to avoid queues.
• Have your QR code ready on your phone or printed.
• Check the event rules (prohibited items, code of conduct).

6. Changes and cancellations

Refund and exchange rules depend on the organiser. If an organiser cancels an event, we’ll let you know by email.

7. Your account

Your profile shows all your tickets and their status — paid or awaiting payment.
