3. Ordering and paying for tickets

Tickets ordered through the site are paid for at the event box office or, if the organiser allows it, by bank transfer to the organiser’s account. A ticket is valid for entry only once the organiser has recorded the payment. Prices, availability and refund rules vary by event and organiser — please check them before ordering.

4. Limitation of liability

ulaz.app is not liable for damage resulting from event cancellations, schedule changes, inaccurate information provided by organisers or third-party errors. Our role is to facilitate ticket orders and provide information.

5. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time; changes take effect when published on the site.
